I feel I have to give grateful thanks to the staff at Hornby. First your website showing how to measure curtains gave me confidence in an area I know little about. And then Adrienne took me through the choices of ready-mades with extraordinary patience. I’m not sure of the name of the No2 IC but she helped me on my return to the shop with impressive professionalism and speed! And helped carry my pile out to the car! And when I went back to return a sample blind and buy one, again Adrienne went beyond the call - again carrying it out to the car and helping me fit a long blind in.
